How to sell
To register click on the register tab at the top of any of the mall pages. Registration is free. Please see the Registration help topic if you need assistance with this process.

In addition to being registered as a seller at Foxbery Folk Art and Craft Fair, your work must also be approved before opening a store.

You will need a Paypal account prior to opening your shop. The monthly fee for your shop and any additional features you choose are to be paid in advance with your Paypal account. Store fees are automatically billed by subscription.

If you are accepted as a Foxberry Folk Art Fair member, you will be given a special link to open your store - you will need to complete your registration prior to using the link.

After your store is open, you are ready to add items and customize it to your liking. All options can be found under the Store Management tab. You can leave your store in test mode until you are happy with it and then switch to live. The html code for linking directly to your shop at Foxberry Folk Art Fair is provided automaticly.

Adding items to your store is simple and requires no html knowledge - but if you know html, you are welcome to use it in your store. Login to your account and click on Store Managment Tab and then click on Add New Item, input all the items details and include a picture -please do not use special characters such as @#$&?etc in the file name. Remember to put in shipping costs and payment methods accepted as well as to which countries you will ship.

You can at any time delete or edit the items in your store.

Foxberry Folk Art and Craft Fair reserves the right to delete inappropriate, items without notice or refund - so don't list them in the first place (inappropriate items include but are not limited to: illegal items, adult material, resale items that are not handmade by the seller) If you are not sure if your item is appropriate, contact admin@foxberryfolkart.com

Foxberry Folk Art Fair is a marketplace where buyers and sellers participate in transactions with each other. Each seller sets his or her own terms of sale -- Foxberry Folk Art and Craft Fair is not responsible for any part of the transaction or listing.

Ship in a timely manner

Utilize the about me page so your buyers know who they are dealing with

Spell out any terms and conditions so there are no surprises

Make sure your contact information is up to date and available to your buyers
