Do You Want To Join Foxberry Folk Art Fair? |
|
The purpose of this venue is to put collectors in direct contact with you - the
artists. For this reason, we do not allow resale items (items that are bought
and then resold). We require that all items listed in your store be hand made by
you. The only exception to this rule is in the category of 'Prints' - all
prints, however, must be taken from the shoppe owners own work and the edition
must be stated as open or limited (whichever applies). If you are listing an
item made with a pattern, you must credit the pattern designer. Copyright
violations will not be tolerated. |

| We are always seeking new artisans! If you would like to open your
own Foxy Shoppe you will first need to
email us with two or three photos of your recent work. Please
include your name, your website url (if you have one), a brief
description of your work and anything else you think we should know.
Not everyone who applies will be approved, but don't be shy --we
encourage you to submit your work for review -- we understand that
artists are their own worst critics and what you may see as a flaw,
we may see as a unique and fun quirk :) |

| If you are approved for membership, you will be provided with
instructions on how to begin setting up your Foxy
Shoppe. It is easy and requires no knowledge of html
(although, if you have knowledge of html, you are welcome to use it
in your store and listings.) We offer a discount for reciprocal
linking - this means, if you have your own website or blog and you
place our link code (provided upon sign up) on your page, we will
discount your monthly shoppe subscription fee. You will need to have a PayPal account before you set
up your Foxy Shoppe. Once your shoppe is
set up, you will be billed automatically thru PayPal on a monthly basis. You will have complete control over your
shoppe and can make
changes at any time from your control panel.
Included with your Foxy Shoppe:
You will have an easy to remember URL for your Foxy
Shoppe that
will be displayed in your control panel. Add it to your e-mails,
business cards, etc. so you can let people know how to go directly
to your store.
Items and shoppes appear randomly on the site's front page so no one
shoppe is listed first or last all the time! We have a search
feature that will let buyers easily find your items - no need to
scroll through the entire memberships offerings just to find yours!
There is also a browse feature that lets the buyer see all the
offering if they want!
Easy to use store set up that functions in your browser. Add,
remove, or edit items quickly with no per item fees!
